The School to Skill Project is working with partners to keep out of school children learning at home, online and offline – wherever they are. More than 30 million students are out of school in Nigeria since the government recommended schools close to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. To keep children learning, we have turned to one of its most accessible mediums: E learning. At School to Skill we will identify with more than 100 skill trainers that will keep the creative minds of children busy.

About School To Skill Project The school to skill project founded by Barr Chioma Ebubedike Igbokwe in 2011 is a 1 CHILD 1 SKILL PROJECT early skill development initiative geared towards achieving some of the SDG goals, decent work and economic growth, no poverty, zero hunger. As an early skill development project we are geared to harness the creative minds of young people. At School to Skill we ignite an interest for a globally employable skill-set in young people through early Steam and vocational skill education. This will in turn reduce unemployment among youths. Our Vision 2030 is to have at least one school to skill innovation hub/center in as many states as possible in Nigeria. Where young persons within age 7 to 25 will be trained in entrepreneurship, reading, vocational skills, and showcase their finished products. A hub where young people can team up and rub minds on their recent inventions and handwork, attracting investors and tourists to buy and invest in Made in Nigeria. Our goal is to LEARN & ENGAGE. The School To Skill Covid-19 Relief Free E Creative Zoom Session For Kids & Teens is our virtual E creative zoom sessions that engages young out of school children and teenagers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
